Welcome to Biophilia Estate. By using our website or participating in our programs, you agree to these Terms & Conditions:
1. Who Can Use Our Services
You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to book or participate in activities.
2. Bookings
- Book through our official booking channels only
- Payments are processed securely through trusted third parties
- We may accept, refuse, or cancel bookings at our discretion
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are in USD currency and may change without notice
- Payment is due at booking unless stated otherwise
- Discounts and promotions are offered at our discretion
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancel at least 24 hours before your visit for a refund or credit
- No-shows or late cancellations may lose payment
- If we cancel an event, you may choose a refund or reschedule
5. Guest Conduct
Please:
- Follow posted signs and staff guidance
- Treat animals, plants, and property with care
- Avoid disruptive or unsafe behavior
- No smoking, substance abuse, or illegal activities
6. Animal Interaction
- Always handle animals gently and under staff supervision
- We’re not responsible for injuries caused by ignoring safety rules
7. Health & Safety
- Tell us about any allergies or medical conditions when booking activities
- Participation is at your own risk
8. Our Content
All website text, images, and designs belong to Biophilia Estate LLC. You may not copy or use them without permission.
9. Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings
- Website or third-party technical issues
- Situations beyond our control (weather, emergencies)
10. Privacy

12. Disclaimer
All that we share at Biophilia Estate is offered as a guide toward inner stillness and wholeness, not as a substitute for medical or psychological care.
The Sanctuary Method™ is a proprietary nature-based emotional wellness framework of Biophilia Estate LLC. It is not a clinical treatment or a substitute for medical or psychological therapy.
The Biophilia Animal Behavioral Certification Method™ (BABCM) is a proprietary, evidence-informed certification process created and administered exclusively by Biophilia Estate, LLC. BABCM is designed to evaluate and support the behavioral readiness of animals within the unique sanctuary environment of Biophilia Estate.
BABCM certification:
- does not constitute, and is not intended to constitute, any form of governmental licensing, veterinary clearance, or third-party accreditation.
- is specific to Biophilia Estate’s environment, procedures, handlers, and Sanctuary Method™ practices.
- is not transferable to other locations, programs, organizations, handlers, or facilities.
- does not guarantee future behavior, as all animals are living beings whose responses may vary based on health, environment, and individual circumstances.
- is not a substitute for professional veterinary care, behavioral treatment, or regulatory compliance where applicable.
Biophilia Estate, LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the behavior of any animal outside the scope of supervised sanctuary activities. Participation in any program involving animals is voluntary for both animals and guests. Biophilia Estate, LLC reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or modify any BABCM certification at its sole discretion based on ongoing welfare assessments, behavioral changes, or safety considerations.

Return and Refund Policy
Biophilia Estate – Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: July 4th, 2025.
We want every guest to feel welcome and cared for. Here’s how we handle cancellations, returns, and refunds for bookings, products, and events.
1. Event & Service Bookings
- Guest Cancellations:
- Cancel at least 24hrs before your visit for a full refund or credit.
- Cancellations after this period may not qualify for a refund.
- No-Shows:
Missing your booking without notice means no refund.
- If We Cancel:
- If we must cancel due to weather, emergencies, or other reasons, you can choose a refund or reschedule at no extra cost.
2. Physical Products
(Gift Shop & Online Store)
- Returns:
- Return eligible items within 14 days with the original receipt.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Perishable goods: herbal blends, farm-fresh items, baked goods or other time-sensitive products.
- Due to their nature, perishable items re non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped or picked up.
- If the perishable order arrives damaged, spoiled or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the availability.
- Photos of the damaged product may be requested to help us resolve the issue quickly.
- Refunds:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
3. Digital Products
- Due to the nature of digital downloads (e-books, guides, online resources), all sales are final and non-refundable.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email info@BiophiliaEstate.com with your order or booking details.
- Include your name, contact info, and reason for the request.
- We’ll reply within 3 days.
